There was nothing we didn't like.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location on a hill overlooking the lake was simply breathtaking, with magnificent views everywhere you look. The rooms with balconies were a definite highlight, allowing me to soak in the beautiful surroundings. The staff was attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

The location of this hotel was great! It was close to the lake and vineyards, and not far from the city center. the breakfast spread was decent and the staff was friendly. I also loved the balcony in my room which offered a great view of the surrounding area.

The room itself was a bit of a letdown, especially for the price. It was clean and spacious, but the bathroom was quite old and tiny.

This hotel is situated on a hill offering outstanding views of the nearby lake and mountains. From the room, the view was breathtaking. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. the breakfast was rich and tasty, and the staff was generally helpful. the hotel pool seemed inviting, and it was an added advantage to park our car on the premises.

There was too much noise in some parts of the hotel.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the amazing scenery that surrounded the hotel. the family rooms and the playground equipment were perfect for our family. We enjoyed some decent food with fantastic valley and mountain views from most restaurant seating.

We were unable to use the pool because of another family’s inappropriate behavior that went beyond playfulness. Our room was not cleaned correctly as the cleaning lady entered without awareness that we were still inside the room.
